I specialise in wellbeing, stress and productivity. I am the creator of WELL Productivity® Professional Support Program – an online program for resource and time poor organisations, HR, Safety and Wellness staff.
I have spent 20 years working across nutrition, corporate health, occupational health and productivity in government, not for profit and private sectors, and I teach practical strategies that address the most neglected aspect of corporate wellbeing and safety programs – “people bring the stress of work-life home, and the stress of home-life to work.”
I’ve got a reputation as a passionate, engaging and inspiring speaker committed to sharing my enthusiasm and expertise with audiences around Australia. I have been lucky enough to have delivered and facilitated hundreds of presentations and workshops to help thousands of individuals cultivate positive, productive proactive people operating at peak performance at home and at work.
My training as a Home Economist means I am committed to presenting all information, from the basic to the scientific, in a fun and engaging manner, with a high level of audience participation key to my success. There are four keys to cultivating productivity and I love to engage with my audience as I guide them from overwhelm to productive. I absolutely love sharing what I’ve discovered in my own life and what the research says!
